Leadership Energy Intelligence Workshop
Leadership Energy Intelligence Workshop
Workplace wellness is not a program. It's a culture. And it starts with your leaders.
Starts at $3,000/session
The Problem
Most organizations don't have a wellness problem. They have an integration problem. You can offer every resource — EAPs, gym reimbursements, mental health support, wellness challenges — and still see burnout, stress, and disengagement stay high, because wellness that exists alongside culture doesn't change culture. It has to be woven in.
And culture is set at the leadership level. One influential leader who models exhaustion, ignores flexibility, or rewards overwork can quietly undermine every wellness initiative an organization has built — no matter how well-funded.
What This Workshop Does
This is not a lunch-and-learn. It's a diagnostic-driven session built around the Leadership Energy Intelligence Assessment — a tool that measures energy and performance across eight pillars: Focus, Energy, Productivity, Sleep & Recovery, Movement, Nourishment, Mindset, and Community.
Before the session: Each participant completes the Leadership Energy Intelligence Assessment, identifying their strongest pillar, their greatest opportunity, and the one change most likely to create meaningful results in the next 30 days.
During the session: We work through what the data reveals — as a group and individually — connecting real behavior-change science to the specific energy leaks leaders are experiencing right now: meetings, decision fatigue, unclear priorities, technology overload, and more.
After the session: Each leader leaves with a concrete, individualized next step — not a generic wellness handout, but the one pillar and one change identified as most likely to move the needle for them specifically.
Why This Works
Most leadership development treats energy as a personal problem to solve alone. This workshop treats it as what it actually is: the thing that determines whether your organization's wellness investment sticks or quietly erodes.
Leaders don't just need to know they should sleep more, move more, and manage stress better. They already know that. What's missing is implementation — paired with the kind of honest, outside-perspective coaching that names the pattern before it repeats.
Format
Half-day or full-day, in-person or virtual. Scales from a single leadership team to a full department or organization. Assessment data can be aggregated (anonymized) to give leadership a picture of organizational energy health, not just individual results.
